High-quality, shock-absorbing, extra thick foam padding. 
All made leather with leather lining with soft padding on top. Large, padded earpieces. Additional face protection with cheek and even more chin padding for front and underside for the jaw. Velcro strap back closure with padded cushion.
This is also being used for MMA/combat sports training.
